The Statistical Recap displays all the stats from the daily report first page from the 1st of the current month to date with a possibility of comparison with the previous year.
Path: Management > Admin > Reports > Statistic Recap
Generate report
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by date(s); by default, the Start date will be the first of the month and the End date, the current audit date.
- by day of the week: to choose to see only specific days of the week to be compared between each other.
- Select the box to include last year statistics to compare with the current year.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- Date.
- Day of the week.
- Each day will display stats for the current year, previous year (if checked) and the variance.
- Number of rooms sold.
- Number no-shows.
- Number of early check-outs.
- Number of late check-ins.
- Total rooms occupied/sold.
- Occupancy percentage (%).
- Number of rooms out of service.
- Daily ADR, comps not included.
- Daily ADR, comps included.
- Rev Par - Revenue per Available Room.
- ADR % of base - ADR compared to the applicable base rate.
- ADR % of tier - ADR compared to the applicable tier rate.
