The Census report is a quaterly report of the property capacity, statistics and revenue by month.
Path: Management > Admin > Reports > Census
Generate report
1. Select the quarter: will be available the last 4 census and the current quarter.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
Capacity:
- Number of daily rooms available.
- Number of beds available. These numbers are based on the settings from each room type setup configuration.
Monthly Statistics:
- Total rooms rented.
- Total adults guests.
- Total number of guests, children included.
- Total arrivals/check-ins.
- Occupancy rate (%).
- Average Lenght of Stay.
- Average number of guest per room.
