Print or Email a Guest Folio (Cloud) 🎥

After a guest’s stay (or at any time while folio access is permitted), you can generate a physical or emailed copy of the guest folio for record-keeping, guest review, or accounting. This article shows how to print or email a guest folio in the Cloud system.
Path: Front Office > Cashiering > Guest Account > In-House Guests > Open the Detailed Folio

Instructions

1. Click Print Folio from the toolbox on the right of the folio screen.



2. Select one or both of the options: Print and/or Email Folio.
Notes
If entering a guest’s email manually in the “Email” field, the address will not be saved for future use.

Notes
Ensure the guest’s email is entered correctly before submitting — the system does not store manually entered addresses.

3. Click Submit to initiate printing and/or emailing.


Notes
If no printer is configured, the “Print Folio” option will still generate a printable PDF or screen preview for manual printing.
