- Did I select Print and/or Email correctly?
- If emailing, did I enter the correct guest email address?
- Is the printer configured (or is a screen preview available)?

- Which folio (room number, folio letter) did you print or email?
- Did you receive any error message when clicking Submit?
- Was the guest’s email address on file or manually entered?
- Was the printer offline or did you receive a “queued” message?
