The Market Arrivals report gives the list of arrivals by marketing segments.

Path: Sales & Marketing > Reports > Status and Arrivals > Market Arrivals (by default, otherwise from the toolbox on the right)

1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):

- by period: choose a Start and an End date.

- by marketing segment: choose to get only the arrivals for a specific segment or for all by choosing a Market Segment, a Referral Method and a Reason for Stay.

2. Click Refresh.

- Guest name.

- Status of the reservation: will be only Hold (non-guaranteed) or Gtd for guaranteed.

- Arrival date.

- Number of nights.

- Rate applicable for the first night.

- Discount code applied if applicable.

- Package name if a package is added to the reservation.

- Group name if the reservation is part of a group reservation.

- Company name if the guest is part of a Company with a profile in the system.

Marketing Segments:

- Market segment.

- Referral Code.

- Reason for Stay.

- Clerk who did the reservation - Admin meaning that the reservation was made online.

- Confirmation number.
