Set up a Local Discount Codes GTD Type and CXL Policy (Desktop)

In Visual Matrix, there are two places to set up the Guarantee Type and Cancellation Policy, whether it is for local or online applications.
Path: Management > Setup > Rates > Discounts > Setup > Guarantee

Visual Matrix has 6 different policies to overcome every situation:
- DEP: Deposit. Means that the first night deposit is required. Visual Matrix will not charge the deposit automatically.
- FULLPAY: Full Stay Deposit Required. Visual Matrix will not charge the deposit automatically.
- FY: Guaranteed, fly buy redemption. This policy can be used for reservation on reward points.
- GTD: Guaranteed. The reservation requires a guarantee of payment.
- HOLD: Non-Guaranteed, cancel 4pm or 6pm. The reservation has no guarantee of payment, it will be canceled either at 4 or 6pm based on your cancellation policy.
- VC: Guaranteed, voucher required. This policy can be used for reservation that will be paid with a voucher.
