Square Foot Unit Measure Report (MOP 2.0)
To align with certain city and state requirements (please refer to your local regulations), MOP offers a report functionality for monitoring the cumulative square footage of work completed by employees. This report allows tracking the total square footage of areas designated as tasks, ensuring compliance. Users can generate the report on an individual team member basis or as an aggregate for the entire team. Access to the Square Foot Unit Measure icon is a complimentary feature, and it is available upon request.
Path: Sq. Unit > Reports
1. Select a specific Room Attendant or keep All.
2. Select the date range (from-to) the report is generated for.
3. Check the "Summary" box if you want just a summary of the report versus the full details. The summary does not show each room and square footage but a roll-up of the total square footage and if the preset allowance was over the limit or not.
4. Use "Search" to generate the report and select "Excel Download" to export the report.
5. The generated report will get a details list of the rooms that were cleaned with the name of the room attendant and the total square unit cleaned.
