**Understanding Direct Billing and Travel Agent Document Layouts (Cloud)

Several settings in the Forms section allow properties to customize the text that appears on Direct Billing invoices, City Ledger Statements, and Travel Agent Statements. Understanding where each text area appears on the final document can help ensure that messages, payment instructions, and other information are displayed in the intended location. Where Custom Text Appears on Each Document

City Ledger Invoice Layout
City Ledger Invoices contain two customizable text areas:
  1. Direct Billing Invoice Text: Appears below the invoice details and invoice totals.
  2. Direct Billing Footer: Appears at the bottom of the statement.


City Ledger Statement Layout
City Ledger Statements contain two customizable text areas:
  1. City Ledger Statement Text: Appears near the bottom of the statement, immediately above the Direct Billing Footer.
  2. Direct Billing Footer: Appears at the bottom of the statement.


Travel Agent Statement Layout
Travel Agent Statements contain two customizable text areas:
  1. Travel Agent Statement Text: Appears below the reservation and commission details.
  2. Direct Billing Footer: Appears at the bottom of the statement.
