Use Custom Letter in a Reservation (Cloud)
Custom letters can be used as Confirmation Letters or as Promotional Letters.
Path: Front Office > Reservation > Open a Reservation
1. In the first section "Contact Information", go to "Custom Letter" on the right side column.
2. Choose the letter to apply.
Used as a confirmation, the custom letter will replace the text at the bottom of the confirmation. Instead of the generic text, it will prompt the custom one. The top of the confirmation letter with the hotel and guest information, dates, and rates will still be on.
If you attach a custom letter and the reservation is canceled, make sure you unassign the letter to the reservation before canceling or it will send the same letter as a cancellation confirmation instead of the cancellation email.
