Using Notes and Comments to Communicate Between Departments (MOP 2.0)

The Notes and Comments feature helps staff stay informed and ensure smooth communication across departments.

How to Use
- Open the task or room.
- Tap the Notes icon or field.
- Enter a comment (e.g., “Need extra towels in this room”).
- Tap Save or Send.

Use clear, concise notes. For urgent matters (e.g., safety), escalate directly to management in addition to noting it in MOP.
