View Transfer Charges Between Guests' Folios (Cloud) 🎥

When charges or payments are transferred from one folio to another, you can use the View XFERS button to see where those items were sent. This feature provides an easy way to review all transactions that originated from the current folio and were moved elsewhere.
Path: Front Office > Cashiering > Guest Account
Notes
The folio already shows items that were received from other folios. The View XFERS option specifically displays items that were sent out from this folio.

See Where a Transaction Came From

1. In Guest Account, open the guest folio (enter Room # and Folio letter).



2. Click View to open the detailed folio screen.


3. If the item was transferred in from another folio, the From column will include the reference information showing the origin folio. This indicates where the charge originally came from and helps confirm the correct source folio.



See Where a Transaction Was Sent To

1. In Guest Account, open the guest folio (enter Room # and Folio letter).



2. Click View to open the detailed folio screen.


3. Click the View XFERS button (top section) to display transferred-charge history.



4. The Transfers Out window appears, showing all items that have been sent from this folio to other folios.
- The To Room/Folio column indicates where each item was transferred.
- Additional fields such as Description, Amount, and Date display details of each transferred charge or payment.



5. Click Cancel to return to the Detailed Folio view.



Notes
- The View XFERS button only shows outgoing transfers — items sent from this folio.
- To see where items were received from, check the information shown directly in the folio’s transaction list.
- If the View XFERS screen is empty, it means no items have been transferred from this folio.
