Just Updated to the Cloud and the HTML Confirmation Letters are not sending anymore

This occurs because during usage of VM Desktop, HTML letters were stored on the Server computer containing the database. When performing an update, the database is uploaded, but the letters stored on the server are not transferred. Although the HTML box may be checked and a filename shown in the field, this setup only pertains to the desktop; the Cloud does not have access to files on the old server.
To address this, you simply need to upload each file individually by clicking "Browse" in each letter, ensuring you save each upload before moving to the next letter.
