- Are all required fields filled (especially name, dates, and room type)?
- After saving, did the request status show Avail or Pending?
- Have you reviewed your Pending requests regularly for availability changes?

- What is the guest’s name and requested details?
- What screen did you use (Front Office > Reservations > Wait List)?
- Were there any error messages when saving the request?
- Did the request appear in the list with the correct status?
- Do you have a screenshot of the request form and the resulting status view?
