Add a Request to the Wait List (Cloud) 🎥

A waitlist for a hotel is a system or list maintained by the hotel to keep track of reservation requests that cannot be immediately accommodated due to lack of available rooms. These requests are placed on hold, and guests are notified when rooms become available, allowing them to secure their reservations. Waitlists help hotels manage room availability and maximize occupancy.
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Wait List

1. Click Add.
2. Complete all the fields: Last and First name, room type requested, email, phone, arrival and departure date, number of adults and children, and the number of rooms.
3. Click Save.



4. The Status will depend first on the availability:
- Avail: there are some rooms available - you can create a reservation from this request.
- Pending: there are no rooms available based on the requested items.
