**Configuring Registration Card Settings (Cloud)

Registration card settings control how guest registration forms are printed, what information is displayed, and how confirmation emails are triggered during the reservation process. Proper configuration ensures your registration cards include the correct details, print automatically when needed, and align with your property’s operational and compliance requirements.
The Registration Cards section includes settings related to text content, printing behavior, displayed information, and confirmation email triggers.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Forms > Registration Cards

Text Customization

These options control the text that appears on the registration card.
  1. Preset Text: Main body text displayed on the registration card.
  2. Preset Text for Signature Capture: Text shown when capturing a guest’s signature electronically.
  3. Footer Text: Text printed at the bottom of the registration card, often used for disclaimers or policies.

Printing Settings

These settings determine when and how registration cards are printed.
  1. # Copies on C/I: Number of registration cards printed automatically at check-in. Enter a value greater than 0 to enable automatic printing. Set to 0 to disable automatic printing.
  2. # Copies on Extend: Number of registration cards printed when a reservation is extended after check-in. A positive number prints that many copies when dates are modified. A value of -1 disables printing when extending a stay.


Display and Privacy Settings

These options control what information appears on the registration card.
  1. Suppress Driver’s License: Hides driver’s license details from printing. The section remains on the registration card, but the fields will be blank.
  2. Show Estimated Total: Displays the total estimated cost of the stay on the registration card. Based on current reservation details at the time of printing.

Email Behavior

This setting controls confirmation email behavior when saving reservations.
  1. Automatically Send Confirmation: Sends a confirmation email automatically only when a new reservation is created locally and saved for the first time.
  2. Does not apply to updates made after the initial save. Confirmation letters must be configured in the Letters section.
