Filter the Rooms Display in the Room Rack (Cloud)
The Room Rack displays every room in your property along with its status, condition, and availability. To focus on a specific group of rooms, you can filter the display using Qualifiers, the Room Rack’s built-in filtering tool. A Qualifier represents a specific trait or characteristic of a room — such as Parking View, Quiet, Kitchen, or Close to Elevator. You can combine up to four qualifiers to create customized views that match your operational needs. Filtering with Qualifiers gives you a flexible way to display rooms that share similar attributes, making it easier for front-desk, housekeeping, and management staff to focus on exactly what they need at any moment.

Instructions
1. Access the Qualifier Fields: Locate the Qualifier 1–4 fields at the top of the screen. Each field lets you select a specific room trait or category, such as View Type, Location, or Amenity.
2. Choose How to Match Qualifiers: Select whether rooms should match all selected Qualifiers or match any of them:
- Match All: Displays only rooms that include every selected qualifier.
- Match One: Displays rooms that meet at least one of your selected qualifiers.
3. Select How to Sort Rooms: Choose whether to display rooms in numerical order (by room number) or by room type. This setting changes only how results appear — not which rooms are shown.
4. Refresh the Display: Click Refresh to apply your Qualifiers and update the Room Rack view. The screen will now show only rooms that meet your selected criteria.
If you want to return to the full list, clear the Qualifier fields and click Refresh again.
