View Room Rack Statistics Snapshot (Cloud)
The Room Rack in Visual Matrix Cloud provides not only a visual overview of every room’s status and condition but also a quick set of statistics that summarize your property’s current occupancy. These metrics help teams confirm occupancy levels, monitor daily arrivals and departures, and maintain a clear picture of inventory readiness. The Room Rack statistics differ slightly from those shown on the Dashboard because they include Out of Order (OOO) rooms in the total room count but exclude them from the occupied count. This provides a more accurate view of true occupancy while still accounting for your full room inventory.
Viewing statistics from the Room Rack ensures you see occupancy based on all rooms in your property, including those Out of Order. This approach gives a more accurate sense of true inventory and helps teams make better operational decisions, even when other areas like the Dashboard exclude OOO rooms.

The statistics displayed in the Room Rack summarize your property’s current room activity and availability. They provide quick reference points that help front-desk and management staff monitor occupancy throughout the day.

Occupancy % | Shows the percentage of occupied rooms compared to the total number of rooms in the property, including those marked Out of Order (OOO). This percentage does not include pending arrivals or departures. |
Remaining Arrivals | Indicates how many rooms are still expected to check in for the current day — identical to the Dashboard value. |
Remaining Departures | Indicates how many rooms are still scheduled to check out for the current day — identical to the Dashboard value. |
Forecasted Occupancy % | Calculates the percentage of rooms expected to be occupied after today’s check-ins and check-outs, based on the total number of rooms in the property (including OOO rooms). |
