Mark PBX Messages "Read" from the Reservation Screen (Cloud) 🎥
This feature requires an active PBX interface.
After sending a message to the guest's room phone through your PBX interface, it's essential to mark the message as "read" once it's been delivered and acknowledged by the guest. This helps maintain clear communication and ensures that the message has been received and acknowledged.
Path: Front Office > PBX > Guest, Group, Arrivals, or Departures
1. Once the reservation is open, there will be a red blinking icon on the right side. Click on the icon to see any pending messages.
2. Either double-click on the message or click on the blue envelope to mark it as read.
You can always mark it back as unread by going to the Read or All tabs and clicking on the same blue envelope.
