Send a message alert to a guest with the PBX (Cloud) 🎥

This feature requires an active PBX interface.

With a PBX interface, the PMS (Property Management System) provides an option to send a message alert to the guest room phone, notifying the guest that they have a message waiting for them at the reception or front desk. This feature helps guests stay informed and ensures that they are aware of any important messages or notifications during their stay.
Path: Front Office > PBX > Messages

1. Search and locate your guest in the system.
2. Click the green envelope icon and enter the message.
3. Click Send.
4. The message will appear in the window as a pending message. The light on the guest room phone will light up.

5. Click on the envelope at the end of the line in the Mark As field to mark the message as Read.
6. Click the orange open envelope to view any pending messages.
7. Click the blue open envelope to view read messages.
