Record a DND on an Assigned Cleaning Task (MOP)
The DND (Do Not Disturb) option is used when a guest requests privacy or does not want housekeeping service performed at that time. Recording a DND status in MOP helps:
- Respect guest privacy requests
- Document room access restrictions
- Keep housekeeping status updates accurate
- Improve communication between departments
- Maintain operational tracking and reporting
Employees may also add notes or images related to the DND update when necessary.

- Maintain accurate room status reporting
- Support operational visibility and compliance tracking
- Notes can help explain the reason for the DND status
- Images may be uploaded for additional documentation if required
