Sales & Mktg Demographic History Report (Cloud) 🎥

The Demographic History report will display occupancy statistics by origin - Country, State and City.
Path: Sales & Marketing > Reports > History > Demographics

Generate report

1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by period: choose one day or a date range.
- by choosing to generate only a summary version, see below. The Summary version gives a report only by Countries and States (or Provinces), when the detailed version adds the cities.



2. Click Refresh.



Detailed report

- Countries and States (Provinces for Canada).
- Cities.
If the State or the City has been left blank in the reservation, it will show "Unknown State/City" or will be left blank..


- Number of rooms sold by city.
- Occupancy rate of guests from that city.
- Revenue generated by guests from that city.
- ADR of stays of the guests from that city.



- Number of adults from each city.
- Average number o adults per room from each city.
- Number of child from each city.



- Totals rooms sold, occupancy rate, revenue, ADR, number of adults and children, and average adults per room, for the State (or Province) and for the Country.



- Totals rooms sold, occupancy rate, revenue, ADR, number of adults and children, and average adults per room, for all Countries and States/Provinces.



Summary report

The Summary version gives the same report but only by Countries and States (or Provinces), without the cities.
