The Travel Agent History report will display the number of rooms, revenue generated and ADR for each Travel Agent sorted by generated revenue.

Path: Sales & Marketing > Reports > History > Travel Agents

Generate report

1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):

- by period: This report is generated by monthly accounting periods for the current year and the previous year.

- by excluding every Travel Agents with $0 revenue generated.

2. Click Refresh.

Detailed report

- Travel Agent IATA Number and name. The TA are sorted by total month to date revenue, from highest to lowest.

Month to date Stats by code - from the 1st of the current month to the current date:

- Total Revenue.

- Total rooms sold.

- ADR.

Year to date Stats by code - from the 1st of the year to the current date:

- Total Revenue.

- Total rooms sold.

- ADR.

Last Year Month to date Stats by code - from the 1st of the same month last year to the same date last year:

- Total Revenue.

- Total rooms sold.

- ADR.

- Percentage variance with the current month.

Last Year year to date Stats by code - from the 1st of the last year to the same date last year:

- Total Revenue.

- Total rooms sold.

- ADR.

- Percentage variance with the current year.

Totals for each time period, from left to right:

- Total Revenue.

- Total rooms sold.

- ADR.

- (For the Last Year MTD and YTD) Percentage variance with the current month and year.
