Sales & Mktg Room Type Popularity History Report (Desktop) 🎥

The Room Type Popularity History report will show the room types and numbers that have been used the most.
Path: Sales & Marketing > Reports > History > Room Type Popularity

Generate report

1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by period: choose a Start or an End date. The report will automatically adjust the other date to match 2 weeks of data.



- by style: choose to display the report the classic way, as bar graph, or as pie graph.





2. Click Refresh.



Detailed report

- Room type.
- Room number.
- Number of times the room number was sold.
- Number of times the room number was comped.



- Number of adults who stayed in each room.
- Number of children who stayed in each room.
- Average number of guests who stayed in each room.
- Occupancy rate for each room number for the period.



- Revenue generated by room number.
- ADR by room number.
- % of base: ADR of that room number divided by the ADR of the applicable base rate for the same period.
- % of tier: ADR of that room number divided by the ADR of the applicable tier rate for the same period.



Totals by room type:
- Number of times the room type was sold.
- Number of times the room type was comped.
- Number of adults who stayed by the room type.
- Number of children who stayed by the room type.
- Average number of guests who stayed by the room type.
- Occupancy rate for each room type for the period.
- Revenue generated by room type.
- ADR by room type.
- % of base: ADR of that room type divided by the ADR of the applicable base rate for the same period.
- % of tier: ADR of that room type divided by the ADR of the applicable tier rate for the same period.
