View the Details of a Task (MOP 2.0)
Tasks in MOP help teams track and manage operational work across the property, but the main Tasks page only displays high-level information. Viewing task details is essential for understanding the full context of the work, including what needs to be done, who is responsible, and any additional notes or status information. This ensures tasks are handled accurately, efficiently, and consistently by the appropriate team members.
View Task Details
- Navigate to the Tasks page in MOP.
- Review the task list, which displays basic information such as room number, duty, status, assignee, and priority.
- Click the arrow icon located on the right side of the task.
- The task expands to display all available details, including additional task information needed to review, assign, or complete the task.
What You Can See in Task Details
When a task is expanded, users can view all relevant information associated with that task, allowing for better decision-making and follow-up. This detailed view supports accurate assignment, timely completion, and proper documentation of work.
