Locate In-House Group Accounts (Cloud)
When you’re managing group blocks in Visual Matrix Cloud, you’ll often need to access the list of in-house groups—whether to review room allocations, check folio balances, or make group-level adjustments. This article shows you how to find and open the in-house groups list from the Group Account module.
Path: Front Office > Cashiering > Group Account > In House Groups (right side tools)
Overview
The In-House Groups window lists all active groups currently checked in at the property. Use the options shown below to sort, filter, and navigate the list to quickly find the group you need.
Unlike individual rooms, Visual Matrix does not prevent the night audit from running if a group master folio still has a balance. A group folio can remain In-House with an outstanding balance until the property settles it and completes the check-out.
