Reactivate an Individual Reservation (Cloud)
You can reactivate a reservation as long as the arrival date has not passed. Attempting to reinstate a reservation with a past arrival date to change it will not be successful.
Path: Front Office > Reservation > Open a cancelled reservation.
1. From the right side toolbox, select "Reactivate".
2. Confirm the reactivation and take note of the message reminding that it might take some time for the update to reflect in your CRS/Channel Manager.
3. The reservation is now reinstated with a status determined by the method of payment/guarantee saved in the reservation (HLD, GTD).
When canceling a reservation initially made online and subsequently reactivating it, the reactivation will reflect the current rate, potentially overwriting any special rate that was originally booked.
