Send Group Confirmation Letter (Cloud) 🎥

A group reservation confirmation letter will be sent to the email address associated with the group reservation, displaying all rooms allocated to the group, including those that have not been picked up. However, individual confirmation letters for reservations linked to the group, each with a separate email address, must be sent from each individual reservation separately.
Path: Front Office > Group > Search > Open the Group

1. Check the Confirmation Delivery. "Email" will email the confirmation, any other choice will print the confirmation.
2. If "Email", make sure there is an email in the dedicated field.



3. Open the toolbox on the right, and click on "Confirm Letter".



4. A pop up will confirm the letter has been sent.


The confirmation will confirm the total of rooms allocated to the group and not the number of rooms actually picked up.
