Add Maid Instructions to Room Assignment (Cloud) 🎥

Maid instructions are notes added by management to provide specific guidance for the room attendant responsible for cleaning a particular room. These instructions are entered per room and are displayed on the Room Attendant Assignment Sheet to ensure tasks are completed according to expectations.

In addition to these room-specific notes, the Room Assignments Report also includes Housekeeping Comments entered directly within a reservation. These comments offer additional context related to the current guest’s stay and will only appear if the reservation is actively assigned to that room.

Path: Housekeeping > Room Assign > Maid Instructions

1. Click in the instructions field and put in any instructions you would like

2. Click Save to view the added maid instructions

3. Maid instructions will be found on the Housekeeping Room Assignments Report.

4. Maid instructions will be found along with any "Housekeeping Comments" pulled from the reservation currently assigned to that room.

Comments from future reservations, even if assigned to the same room, will not appear on the report.
