The Group forecast report will display a recap of each group currently booked in the system.
Path1: Sales & Marketing > Reports > Forecast > Groups
Path2: Front Office > Group > Open a Group > From the left side choose "Group Forecast"

Generate report

1. Narrow down the report by choosing the period to generate the report for. If the period is over 2 weeks (14 days), the report will be shown in a summary format - See below.



2. Click Refresh.



Detailed report - Up to 2 weeks version

- Visual Matrix Group ID.
- Group Name.
- Event Name (below).



Allocated Rooms:
- Number of rooms allocated day by day.
- Total rooms allocated by group for the period.
- Estimated Revenue.
- Estimated ADR.



Picked Up Rooms:
- Number of rooms picked up day by day.
- Total rooms picked up by group for the period.
- Revenue forecast.
- ADR forecast.



Left/Non-picked up Rooms:
- Number of rooms left day by day. If the number is 0, all rooms have been picked up or allocations left have been dropped.
- Total rooms left by group for the period. If the number is 0, all rooms have been picked up or allocations left have been dropped.
- Drop date.



First line:
- Total rooms allocated for all groups for the period.
- Total rooms allocated estimated revenue for all groups for the period.
- Total rooms allocated ADR for all groups for the period.

Second line:
- Total rooms picked up for all groups for the period.
- Total rooms picked up revenue forecast for all groups for the period.
- Total rooms picked up ADR forecast for all groups for the period.

Third line:
- Total rooms left for all group for the period. If the number is 0, all rooms have been picked up or allocations left have been dropped.



Summary report - Over 2 weeks version

- Visual Matrix Group ID.
- Group Name.



- Group arrival date.
- Group departure date.
- Group allocation drop date.



- Number of rooms allocated.
- Revenue estimated for all allocated rooms.



- Number of rooms picked up.
- Revenue forecast for all the picked up rooms.



- Number of rooms allocated left.
- Number of rooms already dropped.



- Total rooms allocated for all groups.
- Total revenue estimated for all allocated rooms.
- Total rooms picked up for all groups.
- Total revenue for all the picked up rooms.
- Total rooms left.
- Total rooms dropped.
