The Marketing Arrivals report allows you to see who has booked, modified, or canceled for your hotel as well as who's booked packages.
The report can be generated to show arrivals for a single day or a date range. You can also select which market segment, referral method, or reason for stay that you require or you can search for all.
This report can be located in Front Office > Supervisor > Reports > Marketing Arrivals.

The Report Options

The Marketing Arrival report has various options that can be divide into 4 categories:



1- Arrival: Time period for the search by arrival date.

2a- Market Segment: To narrow down by Market Segment.
2b- Referral Method: To narrow down by Referral Method segment.
2c- Reason for Stay: To narrow down by Reason for Stay segment.

3- Refresh: Click to generate the report or update it.

4a- Export: the report can be exported in Excel, PDF, or Word format.
4b- Print: option to print the report.
4c- Page numbers: navigate in the report page by page.
4d- Find Text: Search a specific word or number in the report, all pages.
4e- Zoom: option to enlarge or reduce the size of the report.

The Report Detailed



1- Property name, the date the report is generated, the time the report is generated, and the user ID of who generated the report.
2- Name of the report.
3- Date for which the report is generated.
4- Guest Name.
5- Status of the reservation.
6- Arrive/Nts: Arrival date and number of nights for the reservation.
7- Rate/Disc: Rack rate, discount code if any applied.
8- Pkg/Package: Package code is any applied.
9- Group: If reservation is part of a group, group ID will display here.
10- Marketing Segment: Marketing segment for each reservation.
11- Company: If a Company is on the reservation.
12- Clerk: User ID of the agent who created the booking. (Admin means that the reservation who made online and came through your Channel Manager)
13- Conf #: VM Confirmation number or CRS number for online reservations (Best Western only).
