Marketing Arrivals Report (Desktop) 🎥
The Marketing Arrivals report allows you to see the list of all reservations for a specific time frame and their associated market segments.
Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Reports > Marketing Arrivals.
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by date or date range. There is no limit for the search.
- by selecting a specific market segment or keep them all.
- by selecting a specific referral method or keep them all.
- by selecting a specific reason for stay or keep them all.
2. Click Refresh.
The Report Detailed
- Guest Name.
- Status of the reservation.
- Arrival date.
- Number of nights.
- Room rate.
- Discount code if any applied.
- Package code is any applied.
- Group ID, if reservation is part of one.
- Market segment.
- Referral method.
- Reason for stay.
- If a Company name if the reservation is associated with one.
- User ID of the agent who created the booking (Admin means that the reservation who made online and came through the Channel Manager).
- VM Confirmation number or CRS number for online reservations.
