Yield Management (2 weeks) Forecast Report (Desktop) 🎥

The Yield Management Forecast report allows you to view the daily number of reservations and ADR for a period of 2 weeks based on the applicable tier at the moment of the reservation setup in Revenue Management. The report only shows from base rate to tier 5 and only dates when there are reservations.
Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Reports > Yield Management Forecast.

Generate report

1. Choose either the starting or the ending date of the range you want for the report, at the end, it will always be for 2 weeks.
2. Check the box if you are a Tax Inclusive property and want to keep your taxes included in the revenue forecast.



3. Click Refresh.



Detailed report

- Date and day with reservations for the 2 weeks range setup. 
- Number of reservations and ADR by day by applied tier at the moment of the reservation.


If the example above, for 01/11/23, tier 3 was applicable when 4 reservations were taken:
- 2 were taken full tier 3 rate @ $184,
- 1 with a 10% discount @ $165.60,
- 1 was overriden @ $99.
= [(184x2) + 165.60 + 99]/4 = $158.15
Then, the applicable tier was changed from tier 3 to tier 4, and one reservation was taken full rate at $194.
 
- Totals of reservations and ADR for the 2 weeks period by Tier.
The ADR total is not an ADR of the ADR... it retakes every rate from every reservation booked under that tier and divides it by the total of reservation for the period.
