The Occupancy Forecast report offers insights into expected occupancy levels based on current reservations and their corresponding rates in Visual Matrix. It's important to recognize that actual figures may vary after the specified dates due to the addition of new reservations, modifications, or cancellations. This report is specifically designed for forecasting purposes, and its accuracy for historical data usage is not guaranteed.

Generate report
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by date or date range. There is no limit for the search.
- by including group allocations not picked up in the occupancy rate.
- by ignoring out of order rooms in the occupancy rate.
- by including non-Gtd reservations in the occupancy rate.
- by keeping reported revenue tax Inclusive if you are a tax inclusive property in the occupancy rate.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- Date and day.
- Number of rooms already out of order.
- Number of non-guaranteed individual reservations.
- Number of guaranteed individual reservations.
- Number of non-guaranteed group reservations.
- Number of guaranteed group reservations.
- Number of group allocation not picked up.
- Number of arrivals.
- Number of departures.
- Number of stay overs.
- Number of rooms available.
- Number of rooms sold.
- Occupancy forecast.
- Room revenue forecast.
- ADR forecast.
- RevPar Forecast.
- Number of rooms sold last year, same day.
- Occupancy forecast variance between the same day last year and this year.
- Total for each segment for the date or date range.
