The Guest Due Outs List displays all reservations scheduled to depart on the current business date that have not yet been checked out. Reviewing this list before running Night Audit ensures that all departures are properly completed so occupancy and revenue are finalized accurately. If any guests remain due out, the Pre-Audit Checklist will show Pending until the departures are resolved.

Generating the Report

1. Select View to open the report.



2. Select Print if a copy is needed (Optional).


Notes
No filters are required. The report automatically displays all reservations due to check out on the current business date.

Understanding the Report

Each line represents one reservation scheduled to depart today.

Reservation Details
- Room: Assigned room number
- Folio: Folio identifier
- Guest Name: Primary guest name

Stay Information
- Arrival Date: Check-in date
- Departure Date: Scheduled check-out date

Financial Information
- Balance: Current folio balance
- Payment Method: Method of payment on file



Taking Action from the Report

Click anywhere on a reservation line to open the guest folio.
- Complete the check-out process as usual.
- Once check-out is completed, the system automatically returns to the Pre-Audit Checklist.

Checklist Status Update

Once all reservations scheduled to depart have been properly checked out or their departure dates have been updated, the Guests Due Out item on the Pre-Audit Checklist will automatically update to Status Complete.
When the count displays 0 Guests Due Out, this checklist step is cleared, and Night Audit can proceed once all other items are completed.
