1. Click View in the middle next to No Shows.
2. Click Print to keep a copy of the list.
3. The report will show anyone pending to check-in:
- guest name. | - room rate. |
- if the room is share with another room/folio. | - departure date. |
- folio number. | - method of Payment set up in the reservation. |
- confirmation number. | - any posted deposit. |
- room number if one has already been allocated. | - reservation comments. |
4. Double click on the guest name to open the reservation.
5. From the toolbox on the right, choose to cancel or check-in the reservation as a no-show.
6. Whether you cancel or check in the reservation, the screen will automatically go back to the No Show list.
7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 with any remaining no-show.
8. Once all reservations have been taken care of, the screen will automatically go back to the pre-audit checklist with the status changed to "Completed".
