Pre-Audit CheckList - Guest(s) No-Show - Option 1 (Cloud) 🎥

This way to process no-shows is checking-in or cancelling any reservations on pending arrival.
Path: Accounting > Night Audit > Run Audit.

1. Click View in the middle next to No Shows.



2. Click Print to keep a copy of the list.



3. The report will show anyone pending to check-in:
- guest name.
- room rate.
- if the room is share with another room/folio.
- departure date.
- folio number.
- method of Payment set up in the reservation.
- confirmation number.
- any posted deposit.
- room number if one has already been allocated.
- reservation comments.



4. Double click on the guest name to open the reservation.
5. From the toolbox on the right, choose to cancel or check-in the reservation as a no-show.



6. Whether you cancel or check in the reservation, the screen will automatically go back to the No Show list.
7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 with any remaining no-show.
8. Once all reservations have been taken care of, the screen will automatically go back to the pre-audit checklist with the status changed to "Completed".
