The Parameters page contains many of the settings that control how Visual Matrix Cloud behaves throughout the PMS. From reservation policies and financial reporting preferences to occupancy calculations and security controls, these settings affect multiple areas of daily hotel operations. Understanding the purpose of each section can help you quickly locate the setting you need and determine which configuration options are most relevant to your property.

Date and Time Settings
The Date and Time Settings control how dates, times, and language preferences are displayed throughout the PMS. These settings also determine the property's time zone configuration and daylight saving time behavior.
