In House Company Listing Report (Cloud)
The In-House Company Listing report provides a list of all guests currently in-house, along with details of the companies associated with their reservations.
Path: Front Office > Reports > Front Office > In-House Guests > Choose Company Listing from the Report drop-down.
Generate report
1. Choose "Company Listing" in the Report dropdown.
The other available reports are In-House Guest List, In-House Frequency, Parking Lot, Charge Verification, Extra Locator, Market Segment, and Driver's License.
2. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by date: only checked-in guests will show. If generated for a previous or future date, only guests still or already checked in for those dates will show.
- by sorting the report by guest name or by room number.
- by including or excluding groups, all groups, or one specific.
- by including any guest already checked out but with a balance.
3. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- Room number.
- Guest name.
- Arrival and departure dates.
- Rate for the current night - if no rate shows then the guest is on its departure date.
- Balance of the folio.
- "Y" in the "Incid" column will show if the folio is set up as Incidental.
- Method of payment in the reservation.
- Name of the City Ledger account if the method of payment is a city ledger.
- Name of the company if a company is entered in the reservation.
- Total in-house guest balance.
