In House Company Listing Report (Cloud)

Companies often play an important role in daily hotel operations, whether they provide negotiated business, direct billing, or regular corporate guests. The In-House Company Listing Report gives your team a clear view of all companies currently linked to in-house reservations. This helps front-office staff track corporate activity, review company balances, and prepare for billing or audit tasks with confidence.
Path: Front Office > Reports > Front Office > In-House Guests > Company Listing

1. Choose the Report Type: Set the Report dropdown to Company Listing.

2. Adjust the Filters to Refine Your Results. Use the filters to control which guests, groups, and folio details appear in the report.
- As Of: Select the date for which the in-house list should apply (defaults to today).
- Sort By: Choose how to order results (Guest Name, or Room Number).
- Include Groups: Choose how to handle group bookings using the drop-down options - Include, Exclude, or Groups Only. Then select a specific group from the list or keep All.
