In House Parking Lot Report (Cloud)


Knowing which guest vehicles are parked on property is critical for valet, parking operations, front desk check-in logistics, and security. The In-House Parking Lot Report lists all rooms currently occupied along with the vehicle details recorded on the reservation, giving your team a quick reference for parking assignments, vehicle screening, guest service, and safety checks.

Generating the Report

1. Choose the Report Type: Set the Report dropdown to Parking Lot.



2. Adjust the Filters to Refine Your Results. Use the filters to control which guests, groups, and folio details appear in the report.
- As Of: Select the date for which the in-house list should apply (defaults to today).
- Sort By: Choose how to order results (Guest Name, or Room Number).
- Include Groups: Choose how to handle group bookings using the drop-down options - Include, Exclude, or Groups Only. Then select a specific group from the list or keep All.

Notes
The Include C/O w/Bal option is visible in the filter panel, but does not apply to this report. It is used only with the primary In-House Guests & Groups report.

3. Refresh the Report. Click Refresh to load the results based on your filter choices.



Understanding the Report

Use this section to understand how the Parking Lot List organizes vehicle information for in-house guests, including room assignments, car details, license plates, and any reservation comments related to parking.

Room Information
- Room: Room number associated with the in-house reservation.

Vehicle Details
- Car Make/Model: Vehicle make and model provided during check-in.
- Year: Model year of the vehicle.

Registration Information
- State: State or region where the vehicle is registered.
- Plate: License plate number for the guest’s vehicle.

Guest & Parking Notes
- Comment: Optional notes recorded on the reservation (e.g., valet details or guest celebrations).




Tips & Use Cases

- Use this report at shift-change to hand off to valet or parking team the full list of guest vehicles for the current day.
- Parking/valet staff can sort by room number to quickly align vehicle keys with guest rooms.
- Security team can use the vehicle list to monitor registered cars and spot unregistered or oversized vehicles.
- Use the report export to create a parking log or tag list for guest vehicles.
