Print/Email Night Audit Reports (Cloud)

Once the night audit is completed, the page will switch automatically from the Run Audit tab to the Reprint Report tab. Visual Matrix is paper saving... the reports are not printing nor printing nor emailed automatically at the end of the audit but it is only one click away!
Path: Accounting > Night Audit > Reprint Report

1. The default date will be the date of the last audit. Change the date to reprint reports from a previous day.



2. Click View to open the reports before print or email:
- Operator Transactions: will show all payments posted for the given date or date range.
- Transaction Log: will show all accounting codes posted for the given date or date range.
- Room and Tax: this report will show the "Room and Tax Listing", detailing every charge per room number, and the Revenue Tax Detail Report, detailing the room charge and the tax per tax code, if multiple taxes.
- Room and Tax/Revenue Tax Summary: this report will show the total room revenue and the total of revenue for each tax code, as well as the total of revenue that was exempted of tax for the day.
- Room and Tax/Tax Exempt: this report will detail the amount of revenue that was exempted per room number, the amount of tax posted and the type of exemption (Full or Partial) and the reason of the exemption.
- Credit Card Batch: will show the status of every credit card payment in the batch, whether it is settled or unsettled.
- Daily Report: will give a statistical recap, a detail listing per guest ledger, a detail listing per city ledger, a detail listing summary per guest ledger and city ledger.
- General Ledger Journal: will show the amount posted per Accounting Code and Ledger Code. The Journal will only generate if the General Ledger Accounts have been set up.
- Market Segment: will details the revenue generated per market for the day, the month and the year.
- Reason for Stay: will details the revenue generated per market for the day, the month and the year.
- Referral Method: will details the revenue generated per market for the day, the month and the year.



3. Enter the number of copies to print. Leave 0 for not print.



4. Check the box corresponding to any report you need to email and choose the format of the report (Excel, Word or PDF).



5. Click "Generate Reports" to print and/or email your choices.



6. To download any end of year report from a previous year, choose the year, the report and click Go. The report will download in PDF.
The available reports are: City Ledger, Discount Code, Market (Mkt) Segment, Reason For Stay, Referrals (Methods), Source, Travel Agent.
