2- From-To: the report is generated for the default date on the Reprint Report page but you can choose another date or even a date range.
3- Account Code: if the property has multiple tax codes, the report can be generated either for all tax codes or a specific one.
4a- Refresh: at the opening of the report or if you check a new box, click refresh to update the report.
4b- Close: click Close to go back to the Reprint Report page.
5a- Page numbers: navigate in the report page by page.
5b- Zoom: option to enlarge or reduce the size of the report.
5c- Export: the report can be exported in Excel, PDF, or Word format.
5d- Print: option to print the report.
1- Property name, the date the report is generated, the time the report is generated, and the user ID of who generated the report.

10- Rate: Room rate on which the exemption is applied (partial or total).
11- Tax: the amount of tax posted.
12- Status: Type of exemption (total or partial).
13- Extra #1: the amount of extra #1 if any.
14- Extra #2: the amount of extra #2 if any.
15- Xfer: In the case of a transfer of charge, this field will show the origin of the transaction.
16- Reason: Reason entered for the exemption.
17- Single/Double Occ Count: Total of rooms with one and two guests.
