Airport Schedule Reports (Desktop) 🎥

The Airport Schedule report exhibits all scheduled pick-ups or drop-offs for reservations on specific days. Whether you're situated near an airport, overseeing a shuttle service in an entertainment district, or elsewhere, this feature serves as an excellent management tool.

Path: Front Office > Reports > Airport Schedule.

Generate report

1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):

- by choosing for which date(s) you want the report.

- by pick ups or drop offs only or All.

2. Click Refresh.

Detailed report

- Guest Name.

- Reservation confirmation number.

- Room # assigned.

- Status of the reservation.

- Name of the airport to do the pick up/drop off.

- Airline the client is travelling with.

- Flight number - Airlines are sometimes assigned to specific gates and with the flight number, the driver can be updated through the airport app of any update.
