Two Week Forecast Report (Desktop) 🎥

The Two-Week Forecast report shows an estimated forecast for a two-week period started on the date selected. The report displays based on what reservations are in the system currently to generate an estimate. These numbers change when any modifications, cancelations, or new reservations are booked. The report will provide a summary total of the following for each day within the two-week window.
Path: Front Office > Reports > Two Week Forecast.
Generate report
1. Choose the date you want to start the forecast from.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- Date.
- Day of the week.
- Number of arrivals for the day.
- Number of departures for the day.
- Number of rooms occupied for the day.
- Occupancy % forecasted for the day.
- Number of adults forecast for the day.
- Number of children forecast for the day.
- Number of packages booked for the day.
- Number of reservations with a package.
- Number of adults who booked a package.
- Number of children who booked a package.
- Number of different packages booked.
- Name of the packages.
- Number of arrivals for the 2 weeks.
- Number of departures for the 2 weeks.
- Number of rooms occupied for the 2 weeks.
- Occupancy % forecasted for the 2 weeks.
- Number of adults forecast for the 2 weeks.
- Number of children forecast for the 2 weeks.
