The Over Credit Limit report showcases reservations lacking sufficient credit to cover their stay balance, whether due to payment or credit card authorization.
Path: Front Office > Reports > Over Credit Limit.
Generate report
1.Refine the report by utilizing the optional filters provided (left to right):
- Filter by guest name.
- Include any folio with the Method of Payment set to Cash.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- Room number and folio.
- Guest name.
- Departure date.
- Rate for the next night - if no rate shows then the guest is on its departure date.
- Estimated Balance for room & tax added of any incidental/extra either already posted or set up.
- Amount of the credit card authorization.
- Method of payment on the reservation.
- Group name if the reservation is part of a group.
- Comment from the reservation.
