The Downtime Reports comprise a collection of various Front Office reports intended for printing at the start of each shift in the event of an outage, whether expected or unexpected. This ensures the hotel has essential information to continue operations when Visual Matrix access is unavailable.
Path: Front Office > Reports > Downtime Reports.
The bundle will includes the following reports:
- Arrivals.
